AI may "hallucinate" and suggest places, attractions, or businesses that do not exist
AI training data has cutoff dates and may not reflect current conditions, prices, hours, or availability
We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, or suitability of any suggested activities, restaurants, or locations
You must independently verify all travel information before making any bookings or travel decisions

7. Travel-Specific Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Flying Bears is NOT a travel agency. We do not book travel, accommodations, transportation, or activities on your behalf. We are a planning and inspiration tool only.

You are solely responsible for verifying all travel information provided
You are responsible for making your own bookings and reservations through third-party providers
You must independently check visa, passport, vaccination, and other documentation requirements for your destination
You are responsible for reviewing travel advisories, safety warnings, and local regulations
You must confirm pricing, availability, and current operating status of all suggested activities and venues
We accept no liability for travel disruptions, cancellations, changes, or any issues arising from your travel plans
Pricing estimates in itineraries are approximate and may differ significantly from actual costs

The Flying Bears service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it for providing the service.
